Decisions about time

When someone decides whether what really exists is only the present (my here and now and stuff) or only the past and future (moving from one side to another, no matter which side this moviment starts from) and the present doesn't exist, please, let me know. Right now I'm just too lost to decide which path to follow, thanks.
